We all (Diesel, Carli, Kevin & I) appreciate the extra care, interest and love you showed them during their boarding stay. Your staff is professional, friendly and most importantly, show they love their "four-legged clients" and work. This meant a world of difference to both the care Diesel & Carli received, as well as how they perceived their stay. It's the difference between a positive, fun atmosphere and otherwise. In addition, for some reason, they came back even more comfortable with each other, well-adjusted and more bonded then when we left them. As you know, Carli is newly adopted and they'd only had 2 weeks together prior to staying with you. I can only think that inadvertently, they got some helpful and much needed "pack-mentality therapy" that has helped them to relate better to each other in our "pack". Plus, being able to call and check-in on their well-being gave us peace of mind while we were away. Thanks so much for a job well done!! Now, if we could only get Diesel to play nicely with others....they could enjoy the DayCare on a regular basis and not only when we leave

Casey had a great time at "camp". She's been there several times & enjoys every time. When she came home, she seemed much more lively & active & happy. When I picked her up, her buddies were just coming out to the pool area. She was watching them like she belonged with that group. She looked back at me with a look that said "Hey, Dad, how about letting me stay just a little while longer. Thank you again for keeping my girl happy while I was away.

I wanted to let you know that, as usual, Lexy came home happy after her stay at the Lodge. After Lexy's attack with Pancreatitis (less than a month ago), as you knew, I was greatly concerned whether or not to go on my vacation, and be away from her. And I had a lengthily conversation with John (owner) and expressed my apprehension. The vet was also concerned that Lexy not get overheated or stressed. I considered leaving her in a 24-hour facility. But she was recuperating very well, and was fine, at home, all night. John couldn't have been more understanding and even upgraded Lexy to the Grand Suite for more space, less noise, and more attention. And I personally, couldn't think of a better place where her needs would be tended to. Unfortunately she wasn't able to play in the parks this time, so she wouldn't get overheated and stressed. But she knows she'll make up for it another time. Most important she came home clean, well-rested, and healthy. And your staff was so understanding when they received my daily check-up phone calls. I know that as our beloved pets get older; they may have illnesses, require different attention, and may change. But we are so grateful that over the many years that Lexy has stayed with you at the Pet Lodge - you have not changed. Your staff's service, attention and patience is consistent and most commendable.

Casey and Rocky had a great time at "camp." I think they had a better time on their vacation than I did on mine! Thanks for all the office duty--they definitely remember that--and, when I mention a staffer's name, they both run to look out the window, in anticipation. We all look forward to next time.

I just wanted to express how deeply pleased I was with your pet lodge. I had researched quite a few boarding facilities before booking with yours, and I have no doubt I made the right decision.
I have never boarded Jager before, because he doesn't handle being in a cage or run well. Even when I take him to work with me and he can hear my voice, he doesn't eat and seems miserable. He is extremely attached to me and constantly looks for me when I leave a room. So, as you can imagine, I was extremely nervous about boarding him with strangers. So imagine my relief and surprise when he was more interested in playing outside than greeting us (the owners he hasn't seen in a week)! He seemed so comfortable and eager to play. He actually tried to get past me and back into your facility. Strange as it sounds, it was a wonderful homecoming! Even the pet lodge hangover he sustained for the following two days. I can't thank your facility and staff enough. I especially liked how there were notes on what he was up to and how he liked the pool (nice touch). I will definitely board with you again and have already been singing your praises to other pet owners. Keep up the great work! Thanks again!!!

I had such a great time at camp this visit. I was so happy that I was not too scared to play with the big dogs. Mom and Dad have been taking me to the dog park every week so that I would not be too shy to play with the dogs that are my size. I love running outside and meeting friends every time I get to go to camp. Thanks for taking such good care of me! I can't wait until I can sleep over again.

Thank you for caring and loving Allie through her disorder. She loves going to camp. She pulled us to the door to check in. When we left there were dogs in the pool, she had her head out of the window looking back even after we pulled onto the street. It is so great to not have to worry about her
when I take her there.

Misti and her family (Manny & Marnie), are very please with her recent stays at Pompano Pet Lodge. To not be together for those few days was a new experience for Misti & Marnie - we've been together every day and night since 11/14/08 - that's when we brought her home from the breeder at 8 weeks
old. We missed her a lot, however, we needed to begin being apart sometime and what a great way to break us in! When we picked her up and loaded her in the truck with us, she gave us kisses and settled in for our trip home to Vero Beach -- within moments, she put her head on Manny's lap and was snoozing all the way home! I will use your facilities again in the future -- just wish we had the same
quality facility here in Vero Beach!!

Thank you for the email and follow up on Zeus. I appreciate you opening early to fit our needs. Zeus did very well after his stay with you. He seems to enjoy Pompano Pet Lodge. The biggest reason we drive to Pompano Pet Lodge from Boca is because of the good play time with other dogs. He doesn't get enough time in his day to day life to play with other dogs and staying with you is a big treat.

I was very pleased when I brought Daisuki back home. I'm sure he had a good time because he was very relaxed and responsive. I once took him to a daycare and when I picked him up he was so stressed out, completely unresponsive even to simple commands like sit or stand up. I truly appreciate it. Since we are new to Florida, it would give me some peace of mind to take him to a place he was referred to. Thank you guys for everything. We are going through some adjustments here and there but as soon as we settle down, I'm going to bring Daisuki back for a visit for sure.

Thank you so much for everything you do to make Lucy happy during her stay at Pompano Pet Lodge. And I have absolutely no worries while she is staying there knowing that we can call any time and check on Lucy. And this means a lot to us. Pompano Pet Lodge is the only place where Lucy had stayed ever since we had her (since she was 4 months old). I'm so grateful to Cindy Gaudette for recommending Pompano Pet Lodge to us and I cannot stop talking about you guys to all our friends and family.

Oh Freeway loved it! Your Pet Lodge is the best! I will recommend it to everyone. The staff were so helpful to a mom having a hard time leaving her four legged girl for a few days. But Freeway enjoyed it and I have even signed her up for day care 3 times a week so she can still see her human and animal pack friends she made during her stay. She gets excited when I tell her it's time for camp with your friends. Freeway's tail goes 3/40 LOL. Your staff and lodge are tops in my book. Thank you for taking her
when I had an emergency.

We’ve been bringing “Rex” and “Maxine” to you for years now and don’t know what we would ever do without you. Your facility not to mention the staff takes the WORRY out of ever having to leave our babies while we are away. From the walks and getting to play in the park to the nighttime ice-cream treats it’s almost like home. From the very beginning all of you have made us feel like family. There’s never been a doubt that our kids absolutely love “The Pompano Pet Lodge." They pout for a week when we bring them home. Thanks a bunch.

Everyone there takes such good care of me, and I always have so much fun running in the park with my friends. My moms are really happy, too, that when I come home, I'm real clean. Our dogs have been staying with John and his staff for many years. I truly appreciate the level of attention my pets get during their stay. When we go out of town we feel confident that Layla and Jasper are well taken care of. We leave worry free, knowing they too will be on vacation.

Thanks to the caring, well-organized and supportive staff at Pompano Pet Lodge, our dog Lilly has become a friendly, playful and outgoing adult. She is a regular attendee at Day Care and boards several times a year. We know she is in competent and loving hands, she is happy and eager to attend, plays hard while there, and comes home tired, but joyful and free of problems. Our new dog Iris will be at the lodge soon, where we know she will thrive and be happy there as well. This is one special place with very special people!

Pompano Pet Lodge is the best! I always know our dog Princess will be well cared for when she stays there. She loves going to doggie daycare, in fact on days she goes she jumps right into the car in the morning and watches me drive there sitting very patiently. As soon as we hit the lot she is ready for action and pulls me right into the fenced in area. If anyone wants to go away and feel confident with where they leave their pets, have no fear leave them at Pompano Pet Lodge where they are treated with much love.

We have two very active German Shorthaired Pointers, who have been attending Daycare for the past year and a half. Pompano Pet Lodge provides them with activities which stimulate them both mentally and physically. The staff at Pompano Pet Lodge is fantastic. They provide a friendly and structured atmosphere, which helps the dogs feel both comfortable and secure. Not only do our dogs beg to go to "school", they come home completely worn out. The Daycare Program at Pompano Pet Lodge is well worth it. We all love it.
